Rosemary-Parmesan Fries

Method

Burgers

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

Divide the ground beef into four equal portions, and shape them into patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. In the last minute of cooking, add a slice of white cheddar on each patty to melt.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burgers

Toast the ACME Bakery buns lightly. Layer each bun with lettuce, a cooked patty with melted cheese, tomato slices, pickles, red onion slices, and drizzle with Fork sauce. Optionally, add candied bacon.

Rosemary-Parmesan Fries

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and cut the russet potatoes into thin fries or wedges.

  2. 5

    Season the Fries

In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, chopped fresh rosemary, and salt until evenly coated.

  3. 6

    Bake the Fries

Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F (220°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  4. 7

    Finish with Parmesan

Remove the fries from the oven and immediately sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, tossing to coat.
