Instructions

1

Prepare the Bread

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the stale bread into cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

2

Mix Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.

3

Combine and Soak

Pour the wet mixture over the bread cubes. Gently stir to ensure all the bread is soaked. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

4

Add Caramel

Fold in 1/2 cup of the caramel sauce into the bread mixture, mixing gently.

5

Bake

Transfer the bread mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6

Serve

Let the bread pudding cool slightly before serving. Drizzle with remaining caramel sauce and top with a scoop of Cloverleaf ice cream.
