Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the beef ribs and let them marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight in the fridge for best results.

2

Sear the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated beef ribs on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.

3

Add to Baking Dish

Transfer the seared ribs to a baking dish. Add chopped onions and beef broth to the dish.

4

Bake the Ribs

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.

5

Apply BBQ Sauce

Remove the foil, brush the BBQ sauce over the ribs, and return to the oven. Bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the sauce.

6

Garnish and Serve

Once done, remove from the oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot with your choice of sides.
