By far our most popular dessert in Brazil, fresh papaya is blended with vanilla ice cream, and topped with crème de cassis and canella pastry crisp.
In a blender, combine the fresh papaya and vanilla ice cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the blended papaya cream into serving bowls or glasses.
Drizzle the crème de cassis over the top of the papaya cream. Sprinkle the cinnamon pastry crisp on top for added texture.
