Preparation and Cooking

1

Prepare the Ribs

Start by trimming any excess fat from the beef ribs. Pat them dry with paper towels.

2

Season the Ribs

Rub the beef ribs evenly with rock salt, ensuring that all sides are coated. Sprinkle black pepper and garlic powder over the ribs, and drizzle with olive oil. Massage the seasonings into the meat.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat the grill to a low temperature, around 120°C (250°F). If using a charcoal grill, arrange the coals to one side for indirect grilling.

4

Grill the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on the grill away from direct heat. Close the grill lid and cook for 3 to 4 hours, turning occasionally, until the ribs are tender and the meat pulls away from the bone easily.

5

Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for about 15 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy!
