Directions
- 1
Prepare the Lobsters
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the live lobsters and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until they turn bright red. Remove from water and let cool.
- 2
Prepare the Claws and Tails
Once cooled, carefully crack the claws and split the tails in half lengthwise to expose the meat.
- 3
Make the Drawn Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add a pinch of salt and keep warm.
- 4
Prepare Malagueta Cocktail Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped Malagueta peppers, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
- 5
Assemble the Appetizer
Arrange the lobster claws and tails on a serving platter. Serve with warm drawn butter and Malagueta cocktail sauce on the side.
