    Prepare the Lobsters

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the live lobsters and cook for about 8-10 minutes or until they turn bright red. Remove from water and let cool.

    Prepare the Claws and Tails

    Once cooled, carefully crack the claws and split the tails in half lengthwise to expose the meat.

    Make the Drawn Butter

    In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add a pinch of salt and keep warm.

    Prepare Malagueta Cocktail Sauce

    In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped Malagueta peppers, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

    Assemble the Appetizer

    Arrange the lobster claws and tails on a serving platter. Serve with warm drawn butter and Malagueta cocktail sauce on the side.
