Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster claws, lobster tail, and shrimp. Cook for about 5-7 minutes for the shrimp and 8-10 minutes for the lobster. Once cooked, transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Allow to cool.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Drawn Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the drawn butter over low heat. Keep warm until ready to serve.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Cocktail Sauce

In a bowl, mix the Brazilian Malagueta cocktail sauce with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice to taste.

  4. 4

    Serve

Arrange the chilled lobster claws, lobster tail, and shrimp on a platter. Serve with the warm drawn butter, cocktail sauce, and lemon wedges on the side.
