Prepare the Ribeye
Take the bone-in ribeye steaks out of the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before grilling.

Season the Steaks
In a small bowl, mix together kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the steaks. Drizzle olive oil on both sides and rub it in.

Rest the Steaks
Once cooked to your liking, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes before slicing. This allows the juices to redistribute.
