Method

Preparation of Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinating the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  2. 2

    Coating the Salmon

Place the salmon fillets into the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preparation of Vegetables

  1. 3

    Preparing the Vegetables

Wash the zucchini and bell peppers. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds and the bell peppers into strips.

  2. 4

    Seasoning the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini, bell peppers, and asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Preheating the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C).

  2. 6

    Grilling the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 7

    Grilling the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables in a grill basket or directly on the grill. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plating the Dish

Once everything is cooked, plate the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables. Serve hot with lemon wedges if desired.
