Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dry Rub

In a bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper to create the dry rub.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ribs

Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Pat the ribs dry with paper towels.

  3. 3

    Apply the Mustard

Spread Dijon mustard evenly over both sides of the ribs. This will help the dry rub adhere better.

  4. 4

    Apply the Dry Rub

Generously apply the dry rub mixture to both sides of the ribs, pressing it into the meat.

  5. 5

    Cook the Ribs

Preheat your grill or oven to 275°F (135°C). Place the ribs on the grill or in a baking dish and cook for about 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bones.

  6. 6

    Rest and Serve

Remove the ribs from the grill or oven, cover with foil, and let them rest for about 15 minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
