Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crab Legs

If the snow crab legs are frozen, thaw them overnight in the refrigerator or place them in a sealed bag and submerge in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Potatoes and Corn

Wash the red potatoes and corn on the cob thoroughly. Cut the potatoes in half if they are large.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large pot, add enough water to cover the potatoes. Add the halved red potatoes and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until fork-tender.

  2. 4

    Cook the Corn

In the same pot, once the potatoes are nearly done, add the corn on the cob. Boil for an additional 5-7 minutes until the corn is tender.

  3. 5

    Prepare the Lemon Butter Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.

  4. 6

    Cook the Crab Legs

Once the potatoes and corn are done, remove them from the pot and set aside. In the same pot, add the crab legs and boil for 5-7 minutes until heated through.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve the Dish

Arrange the snow crab legs, red potatoes, and corn on a serving platter. Drizzle the warm lemon butter sauce over the crab legs and serve with additional sauce on the side.
