Cook the Lobster
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the lobsters for about 8-10 minutes or until bright red. Remove the lobsters, allow to cool, then remove meat from the shell, chop it roughly, and set aside.

Add Flour
Sprinkle the flour over the sautéed vegetables and stir to combine. Cook for 2 minutes, allowing the flour to absorb the flavors.

Incorporate Liquids
Slowly pour in the fish stock while stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Then add the heavy cream, potatoes, thyme, bay leaf, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper.

Simmer the Stew
Bring the stew to a gentle simmer and cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the stew has thickened slightly.

Add Lobster Meat
Once the stew is thickened, add the chopped lobster meat and langostino lobster meat. Stir gently to combine and heat through for another 5 minutes.
