In a shallow dish, combine the cornmeal, all-purpose flour, paprika, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Coat each piece of seafood in the cornmeal mixture, ensuring they are evenly covered.

Carefully place the dredged catfish, shrimp, and oysters into the hot oil. Fry in batches for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
