Lemonade Preparation

Make Rosemary Infused Simple Syrup
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of granulated sugar over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

Add Rosemary
Once the syrup is clear, add the fresh rosemary and let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.

Juice the Lemons
While the syrup cools, juice the fresh lemons until you have 6 cups of lemon juice. Strain to remove seeds and pulp.

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine the cooled rosemary-infused simple syrup, strained lemon juice, and 4 cups of water. Stir well and refrigerate until ready to use.

Combine Ingredients in Blender
In a blender or frozen margarita machine, combine 2 cups of vodka, 4 cups of the house-made rosemary lemonade, and 4 cups of ice.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high speed until the mixture is well combined and has a slushy consistency.

Add Fresh Fruit
Once blended, gently fold in the mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, and lime wedges) until evenly distributed.

Serve
Pour the Frozen Ripsaw into chilled glasses and garnish with extra fresh fruit if desired. Enjoy immediately!
