Shrimp Preparation

1

Boil the Shrimp

In a large pot, combine 4 cups of water and 2 tablespoons of salt. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat.

2

Cook the Shrimp

Once the water is boiling, add the 12 large shrimp to the pot. Cook for about 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.

In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of horseradish, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Stir well until fully mixed.

5

Adjust Flavor

Taste the sauce and add hot sauce to your preference. Mix again and set aside.

Serving

6

Plate the Shrimp

Arrange the chilled shrimp on a serving platter or bowl filled with ice to keep them cold.

7

Garnish and Serve

Serve the shrimp with the cocktail sauce on the side and garnish with lemon wedges for squeezing.
