Prepare the Steak
Season the grass-fed steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of oil. Once hot, sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.

Char the Onion
While the steak is resting, slice the medium onion into rings. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of oil if needed and add the onion rings. Cook for 5-7 minutes until they are charred and caramelized. Remove from heat.

Serve with Bone Broth
In a small saucepan, heat the bone broth over medium heat until warmed through. Cut the sandwich into portions and serve with the warm bone broth for dipping.
