    Preheat the Oven

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Dry Ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

    Combine Wet Ingredients

    In another bowl, beat together the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs until smooth.

    Combine Mixtures

    Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.

Add Tropical Ingredients

    Fold in Tropical Ingredients

    Gently fold in the pineapple chunks, shredded coconut, and chopped macadamia nuts into the batter until evenly distributed.

Bake and Cool

    Pour into Baking Dish

    Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

    Bake

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

    Cool

    Allow to cool in the baking dish for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serve

    Top with Whipped Cream

    Once cooled, slice the cake into squares and top each piece with whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes, and a maraschino cherry.
