Preparing the Chicken

1. Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken breast with soy sauce and sesame oil. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

2. Cook the Chicken

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

3. Sauté the Vegetables

In the same skillet, add a bit more sesame oil if needed. Add the shredded cabbage, julienned carrot, and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly to avoid burning.

5. Cook the Noodles

Add the yakisoba noodles to the skillet, along with the cooked chicken. Stir everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are heated through.

Finishing the Dish

6. Add the Sauce

Pour in the oyster sauce and hoisin sauce, and toss everything to coat well. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

7. Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat and serve in bowls. Garnish with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and chili flakes to taste.
