Form the Falafel Balls
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flour until well combined. Form small balls or patties with your hands, about 1-2 inches in diameter.

Fry the Falafel
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the falafel balls and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.

Mix the Tzatziki Ingredients
In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and chopped dill. Mix well and set aside in the refrigerator to chill.

Prepare the Serving
On a serving plate, spread a layer of hummus. Top with fried falafel balls, sliced tomatoes, pickled red onions, arugula, and chopped romaine lettuce.

Add Tzatziki
Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the assembled falafel and veggies. Sprinkle with Mediterranean herbs for added flavor.
