Peel and Chop Sweet Potatoes
Peel the sweet potatoes using a vegetable peeler. Cut them into evenly sized cubes, about 1-2 inches in size.

Prepare Garlic
Peel the garlic cloves. You can either leave them whole or mince them for a stronger flavor.
