1. Prepare the Glass
Select a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill.
2. Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 cup of Disaronno Amaretto, 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon of simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds until the mixture is chilled.
3. Strain into Glass
Remove the ice from the highball glass and strain the mixture from the shaker into the glass.
4. Add Soda Water
Top the drink with soda water. Pour approximately 1 cup of soda water gently into the glass to maintain the bubbles.
