1. Prepare the Glass
Take a rocks glass and rim it with salt. To do this, run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass and then dip the rim into a plate of salt.
2. Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Patrón Tequila, 1 oz of fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz of agave syrup, and 0.5 oz of orange liqueur.
3. Shake it Up
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
4. Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into the prepared rocks glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a lime wheel and add a sprig of fresh mint if desired.
