Burgers

Truffle Mayonnaise

Caramelized Onions

Method

Burgers

  1. 1

    Prepare the patties

In a bowl, combine the dry-aged ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and form into two slider-sized patties. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

  2. 2

    Cook the burgers

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until they reach desired doneness. Toast the slider buns on the grill for the last minute of cooking time.

Truffle Mayonnaise

  1. 3

    Make truffle mayonnaise

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and truffle oil until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Caramelized Onions

  1. 4

    Caramelize the onions

Slice the onion thinly. In a skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and caramelized.

Herb Garlic Cream

  1. 5

    Prepare herb garlic cream

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Smoked Fries

  1. 6

    Cook the fries

Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle smoked paprika and salt over the fries to enhance the flavor.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Assemble the sliders

Spread a layer of truffle mayonnaise on the bottom half of each slider bun. Place a cooked burger patty on each bun, followed by a generous spoonful of caramelized onions and a dollop of herb garlic cream. Top with the other half of the slider bun.

  2. 8

    Serve

Serve the dry-aged baby burgers alongside the smoked fries. Enjoy your delicious meal!
