In a bowl, combine the dry-aged ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently and form into two slider-sized patties. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing during cooking.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and truffle oil until well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Prepare herb garlic cream
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Smoked Fries

Cook the fries
Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions. During the last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle smoked paprika and salt over the fries to enhance the flavor.
Assembly

Assemble the sliders
Spread a layer of truffle mayonnaise on the bottom half of each slider bun. Place a cooked burger patty on each bun, followed by a generous spoonful of caramelized onions and a dollop of herb garlic cream. Top with the other half of the slider bun.
