Salad Preparation

Prepare the Greens
In a large bowl, combine the arugula, endive, and radicchio. Toss well to mix.

Roast the Pears
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the pears in half, remove the core, and place them cut side up on a baking sheet. Drizzle with a little olive oil and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized. Let cool slightly before slicing.

Add Burrata
Tear the burrata cheese into pieces and scatter over the mixed greens.
Caramelized Walnuts

Caramelize the Walnuts
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the walnuts and brown sugar. Stir continuously for about 5-7 minutes until the walnuts are well coated and caramelized. Season with a pinch of salt and remove from heat. Allow to cool.
Lime Vinaigrette

Make the Vinaigrette
In a small bowl, whisk together the fresh lime juice, olive oil, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembly

Assemble the Salad
Drizzle the lime vinaigrette over the greens and toss gently to coat. Top with roasted pear slices and caramelized walnuts. Serve immediately.
