Method

Fish Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Fish

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and flaky. Remove from heat and let rest.

Cabbage Slaw Preparation

  1. 3

    Mix Slaw Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and salt. Toss well to combine and set aside to let flavors meld.

Avocado Sauce Preparation

  1. 4

    Make Avocado Sauce

In a food processor, combine the ripe avocado, Greek yogurt (or sour cream), minced garlic, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Assembling Tacos

  1. 5

    Assemble the Tacos

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Place grilled fish in each tortilla, top with cabbage slaw, and drizzle with avocado sauce. Serve immediately.
