Shrimp Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly with the spice mixture.

  2. 2

    Blacken the Shrimp

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the seasoned shrimp in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are opaque and slightly charred. Remove from heat and set aside.

Salad Assembly

  1. 3

    Prepare the Greens

Wash and dry the endive and mixed greens thoroughly. Tear the endive leaves into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 4

    Assemble the Salad

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens and endive. Add the blackened shrimp, sliced avocado, and halved cherry tomatoes.

Vinaigrette Preparation

  1. 5

    Mix the Vinaigrette

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Final Assembly

  1. 6

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients. Serve immediately.
