Method

Preparation of Marinade

  1. 1

    Mix Marinade Ingredients

In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and fresh dill. Whisk together until well blended.

Marinating Salmon

  1. 2

    Marinate Salmon Fillets

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the fillets are well-coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 3

    Prepare Seasonal Vegetables

While the salmon is marinating, wash and slice the zucchini and bell pepper into strips. Trim the ends of the asparagus.

  2. 4

    Toss Vegetables

In a bowl, combine the prepared vegetables with salt and olive oil. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.

Grilling

  1. 5

    Preheat Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 6

    Grill Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 7

    Grill Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and have grill marks.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Dish

Once cooked, remove the salmon and vegetables from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon on a plate, accompanied by the grilled seasonal vegetables.
