Method

Prepare the Brisket

  1. 1

    Season the Brisket

In a bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Rub this mixture all over the brisket.

  2. 2

    Smoke the Brisket

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Place the seasoned brisket in the smoker and cook for about 10-12 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C).

  3. 3

    Rest the Brisket

Once done, remove the brisket from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.

Make the BBQ Sauce

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, honey, mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 5

    Simmer

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let it cook for about 15 minutes until thickened.

Assemble the Sliders

  1. 6

    Toast the Buns

Lightly toast the slider buns on a grill or in the oven until golden brown.

  2. 7

    Slice the Brisket

Slice the rested brisket against the grain into thin pieces.

  3. 8

    Build the Sliders

On each toasted bun, layer some sliced brisket, a drizzle of BBQ sauce, a few pickles, and a scoop of coleslaw.
