Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). This will ensure that the wings get crispy.

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they do not touch.

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the stick of unsalted butter.

Let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat.

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss until they are evenly coated.
