Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

In a skillet or grill over medium-high heat, cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the patties, place a slice of American cheese on top, and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the desired doneness is achieved.

  3. 3

    Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the brioche buns on a separate skillet or in the oven until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burgers

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer bibb lettuce, the cooked patty with melted cheese, slices of onion, and pickles. Drizzle with fancy sauce, then top with the other half of the bun.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve immediately with your favorite side dishes.
