Preparing the Potatoes
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Wash and peel the Russet potatoes, then cut them into thin fries.

In a large bowl, toss the cut fries with olive oil, garlic powder, dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Baking the Fries
Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fries from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
