Wings and Sauces

Method

Preparation and Cooking

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Place them in a large bowl and season with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.

  3. 3

Make the Honey Chili Pepper Glaze

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, chili powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the mixture is well blended and heated through, about 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and toss them in the honey chili pepper glaze until fully coated.

  5. 5

Prepare the Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce

In a medium bowl, mix together blue cheese crumbles, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the coated wings hot with the blue cheese dipping sauce on the side.
