Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the maple bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

In the same skillet, cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness. Add a slice of Vermont cheddar cheese on top of each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Fry the Eggs

In another skillet, fry the eggs sunny side up until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny.

  5. 5

    Toast the Buns

Butter the brioche buns and toast them in the skillet until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted brioche bun, place the cheddar-topped patty, followed by crispy bacon, a fried egg, and sliced avocado. Top with the other half of the bun.

  7. 7

    Serve with Truffle Fries

Serve the burger with a side of truffle fries for a complete brunch experience.
