Method
Eggs
- 1
Prepare the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook the eggs to your desired doneness (sunny-side up, over-easy, scrambled, etc.), approximately 2-4 minutes depending on your preference.
Meats

Cook the Meats
In another skillet, cook the bacon, ham, or sausage over medium heat until crispy and browned. For bacon, cook for about 5-7 minutes. For ham and sausage, cook for about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from heat and let rest on paper towels to absorb excess grease.
Home Fries
- 3
Make the Home Fries
Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Fry for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
Toast
- 4
Prepare the Toast
While the eggs and home fries are cooking, toast the bread slices until golden brown. Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on the toast while hot.
