Pasta Preparation

Cook the Spaghetti
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.

Cook the Pancetta
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the pancetta. Cook until crispy and golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, and black pepper until smooth. Set aside.
Combining Ingredients

Combine Spaghetti and Sauce
Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet with the pancetta. Toss to combine, allowing the residual heat to warm the pasta.

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and additional black pepper as desired.

Serve the spaghetti carbonara topped with finely chopped fresh parsley for garnish. Enjoy immediately!
