Burger Patties

Prepare the Patties
In a bowl, mix together ground lamb, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties.

Smash the Patties
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add the patties to the skillet and smash them down with a spatula to get a nice crust. Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes.

Add Balsamic and Sugar
Stir in balsamic vinegar and brown sugar. Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for about 20-25 minutes until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and set aside.
Tzatziki Sauce

Combine Ketchup and Harissa
In a small bowl, mix together ketchup and harissa paste until well combined. Set aside.
Greek Potatoes

Prepare the Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, dried oregano, lemon juice, and salt.

Bake the Potatoes
Spread the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Assemble the Burger

Build the Burger
On each burger bun, place a smashed lamb patty, top with balsamic onion jam, a dollop of tzatziki, a spoonful of harissa ketchup, and a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese. Close the bun and serve.
