In a mixing bowl, add the ricotta cheese, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper.

Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, whip the mixture on medium speed until it becomes light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).

Taste and Adjust
Taste the whipped ricotta and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pepper to taste.

Prepare Baby Gem Tomatoes
Wash the baby gem tomatoes and cut them in half. Set aside.

Wash the cucumber, peel it if preferred, and cut it into thin slices. Set aside.

On a serving platter, spread the whipped ricotta as the base.
