Flatbread Preparation

Warm the Naan
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the naan breads on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for about 5-7 minutes until heated through.
Horseradish Crème Fraîche Preparation

Mix the Crème Fraîche
In a small bowl, combine the crème fraîche, prepared horseradish, lemon juice, and salt. Stir until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

Add Sugar and Vinegar
Once the onions are soft, add the brown sugar and balsamic vinegar. Stir well and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is thick and jam-like.
Assembly

Assemble the Flatbreads
Spread a generous layer of horseradish crème fraîche on each piece of warmed naan. Top with a spoonful of onion jam.

Serve the Gruyère Flatbread warm as an appetizer or snack.
