Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Place the salmon fillets in the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).

Grilling the Salmon

  1. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Once the grill is ready, place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill skin-side down. Grill for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. If desired, sprinkle fresh dill or parsley on top before serving.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Season the Vegetables

In a large bowl, combine sliced zucchini, bell peppers, and trimmed asparagus. Drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and black pepper. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.

  2. 5

    Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill alongside the salmon. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

Once both the salmon and vegetables are cooked, remove them from the grill. Serve the grilled salmon alongside the seasonal vegetables on a plate, and enjoy!
