Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Dredge in Flour
In a shallow dish, place the all-purpose flour. Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off any excess.

Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add Liquids
Pour in the lemon juice and chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze and incorporate the flavorful bits. Bring to a simmer.

Finish the Sauce
Add the capers and return the chicken to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the chicken to soak in the sauce.
Serving

Garnish and Serve
Sprinkle fresh parsley over the chicken piccata before serving. Serve hot with the sauce drizzled over the chicken.
