Marinate the Lamb
In a large bowl, combine lamb cubes, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the lamb evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

Skewer the Lamb
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated lamb onto the wooden skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.

Prepare the Potatoes
While the kebabs are marinating, preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, toss the halved fingerling potatoes with olive oil, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
