Prepare the Prawns
In a mixing bowl, combine the prawns, harissa paste, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the prawns are evenly coated with the mixture. Let marinate for about 15 minutes.

Cook the Greens
In a large skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil. Add the fall greens and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are wilted and tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat.

Cook the Prawns
In the same skillet, add the marinated prawns and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through.

To serve, place a bed of sautéed greens on each plate, top with the harissa-crusted prawns, and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese if using.
