Lamb Shish Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Marinate the Lamb
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the lamb cubes and mix well to ensure they are coated. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight.
- 2
Prepare the Skewers
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 3
Assemble the Skewers
Thread the marinated lamb onto the skewers. You can alternate the lamb with pieces of bell pepper or onion if desired.
- 4
Grill the Skewers
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- 5
Serve
Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
