Brew the espresso coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.

In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.

Dip the Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso coffee, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

In a rectangular dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture, and sprinkle with half of the chocolate chips.

Repeat the layering process with the remaining ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and chocolate chips.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder.
