Steak and Crust

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the steak pieces with salt and black pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Coat the Steak

Spread a thin layer of peanut butter on one side of each steak. Press the peanut-coated side into the chopped peanuts to create a crust.

  3. 3

    Cook the Steak

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the steaks crust-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Finish Cooking

Flip the steaks and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  5. 5

    Serve

Serve the steak with steamed vegetables of your choice, such as broccoli, carrots, and green beans.
