Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation of Swordfish

  1. 1

    Marinate the Swordfish

In a bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Add the swordfish steaks to the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat while the swordfish is marinating.

Cooking the Shrimp and Vegetables

  1. 3

    Sauté Shrimp and Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, and sauté for 4-5 minutes until they soften.

  2. 4

    Add Garlic and Shrimp

Add the minced garlic and shrimp to the skillet, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Stir in the fresh parsley and remove from heat.

Grilling the Swordfish

  1. 5

    Grill the Swordfish

Place the marinated swordfish steaks on the preheated grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and has grill marks.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve

Place the grilled swordfish on a plate and top with the sautéed shrimp and vegetables. Garnish with additional lemon juice and parsley if desired. Enjoy your WILD Espadarte!
