1. Prepare the Marinade (Optional)

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and honey. Mix well.

2. Marinate the Steak (Optional)

If using the marinade, place the shell steak in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the steak, seal or cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
