Preparation

1. Prepare the Pork

Season the pork steaks with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

2. Chop Vegetables

Slice the onions thinly and mince the garlic cloves.

3. Prepare the Shrimp

If using frozen shrimp, ensure they are thawed and cleaned.

Cooking

4. Cook the Pork

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

5. Sauté the Onions

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced onions and sauté until they become translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

6. Add the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet with the onions and garlic. Pour in the white wine and sprinkle with additional paprika. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.

7. Combine and Serve

Return the cooked pork steaks to the skillet, mixing well with the shrimp and onion mixture. Cook together for an additional 2 minutes to heat through. Serve warm.
