Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Clean and rinse the lobster tail, shrimp, and scallops under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Make the Fra Diablo Sauce

In a medium-sized skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 3

    Add Spices and Tomato Sauce

Stir in the red chili flakes and paprika. Cook for another minute before adding the tomato sauce. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add Lemon Juice and Season

Stir in the lemon juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Let the sauce simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Sauté the Seafood

In another large skillet, add a little olive oil and heat over medium-high heat. Add the lobster tail, shrimp, and scallops. Sauté for about 4-5 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through and opaque.

  6. 6

    Combine and Serve

Pour the prepared Fra Diablo sauce over the sautéed seafood. Toss gently to coat. Serve hot with fresh bread or over pasta if desired.
