Method
Prepare the Seafood

Cook the Lobster Tail
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tail and cook for 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque. Remove from water, let cool, and cut into chunks.

Sauté the Shrimp and Scallops
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the jumbo shrimp and sea scallops. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes or until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Cook the Fettuccini

Boil the Pasta
In the same pot of boiling water, add the fettuccini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.
Prepare the Vodka Sauce

Sauté Garlic
In the same skillet used for the seafood, add another tablespoon of olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Make the Sauce
Add crushed tomatoes, vodka, and salt to the skillet. Simmer for about 5 minutes. Then stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Mix in the cooked seafood and let cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Finish the Sauce
Stir in Parmesan cheese, black pepper, and adjust seasoning with salt if needed. Add fresh basil to taste.
Combine and Serve

Combine Pasta and Sauce
In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked fettuccini with the vodka sauce and seafood mixture. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly.
